The Coldwell Banker Journey to Mastery program is widely regarded as one of the top new Sales Associate education programs in the state of Utah. The program is headed by Stacey Staley, a veteran high-producing Sales Associate and former Broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. New and participating Sales Associates have the opportunity to learn valuable skills relating to prospecting, marketing, conducting open houses, accountability and more.

Graduation from the program requires a Sales Associate to close four transactions so that they can practice real-life skills needed in the everyday real estate profession and build their book of business. The program has produced several “Rookie of the Year” award winners in Utah and more importantly, it has proven that the skills learned not only work, but they also help affiliated Sales Associates stay in the business. In fact, 90% of the Sales Associates that graduated from JTM within the past 2-3 years are still in the business.
